Delivery.
We aim to have your order with you within 5-10 working days, (at times your delivery time will actually be much shorter than this). Reach EPS Ltd use Royal Mail to ensure a swift professional, on-time service to our customers. Charges for delivery are based on weight and priced according to Royal Mail standard rates.
Alternative delivery methods are available on request.
Risk free convenience
Part of the real convenience when shopping on line is the fact that your goods are delivered directly to your door, but what happens when something doesn’t fit or there is a discrepancy with your order? Well, that’s not a problem.
Reach EPS Ltd. operate a fully guaranteed service which means we will exchange free of charge any goods you’ve ordered that don’t quite fit your child as you’d hoped so there’s no risk of you getting stuck with an item you don’t want.
Returning goods
In the event that you do need to return or exchange an item please contact us by phone or email to explain the problem then simply post it to our main address within seven days of you receiving it enclosing your name and original delivery note and we will exchange or refund as you require, straight away.
You may also wish to speak with us by telephone or email to discuss your order or delivery details beforehand, this can be done using the following contact details.
We are very happy to offer a refund or exchange any of our uniform items if you are not entirely satisfied with them however goods supplied by us CANNOT be exchanged if they have been worn, washed, mishandled or soiled in any way.
